Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Landid (“Landid,” “we,” “us”), the AI job-search service operated from Jamaica. By using Landid you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Landid is
Landid is an AI job-search tool. It finds remote jobs you are eligible for, helps you tailor your applications, and helps you track your search. Landid does the work of finding and tailoring. It does not promise, guarantee, or control any job, interview, or offer, and it is not a recruiter, employer, or employment agency. You decide what to submit, and you submit it yourself.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 to use Landid. You sign in with Google. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not:
- scrape, copy, resell, or automate access to the service beyond normal use;
- submit false, misleading, or impersonated information;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to violate a third party’s rights or an employer’s terms;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service or its security.
5. Your content
Your profile and résumé information remain yours. You grant Landid a limited licence to process that information to provide the service, including through the automated systems and third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to share the information you provide.
6. Automated output
Matches and tailored materials are produced by automated systems and may contain mistakes. Review everything before you use or send it. You are responsible for the applications you submit.
7. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Landid offers a free tier and a paid subscription (“Agent”). The current features and prices are shown on our pricing page before you pay. There are no upfront fees to apply for jobs and no hidden charges.
- Payment: paid plans are billed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record. Your payment is subject to their terms, and applicable taxes may be added.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from your account. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.
- Refunds: payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancelling does not refund the current period.
- Price changes: we may change prices; changes apply to future billing periods, and we will give you reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual property
Landid, its name, design, and software are owned by us and our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to our brand or software except to use the service as intended.
9. Third-party listings and links
Job listings come from third-party sources, and the service may link to third-party sites. We do not control employers, their listings, their application forms, or their hiring decisions, and we are not responsible for them. Always verify a role and an employer before sharing personal information or money — a legitimate employer never asks you to pay to apply or to be hired.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that matches or tailored materials will be accurate, or that your use will result in any job, interview, or offer.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities or income, arising from your use of the service. To the extent we are liable, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover reasonable losses we incur from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
13. Termination and suspension
You may stop using Landid at any time and may delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or end access for abuse or for violations of these terms. Deletion of your data is covered in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. If you keep using Landid after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
