1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Landid you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the Landid platform, including free and paid accounts.
2. Service description
Landid is an AI-powered job-search service. It finds job listings that match your profile, generates tailored résumé suggestions, and tracks your applications. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or the accuracy of third-party job data.
3. User responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your profile
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Use the service only for lawful job-search activity
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its APIs
- Not use the service to harass, spam, or mislead employers or other users
4. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landid and Black Star Talent Ltd are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.
6. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
